Great Auk Books publishes limited edition chapbooks of Icelandic poetry and short prose in English translation, with a focus on work that is experimental in form, content, and/or production. Print editions of the chapbooks will be sold in bookstores in New York City (USA) and Reykjavík, Iceland, and also made available for sale online. Digital editions of each printed chapbook will be made available after publication in print. Great Auk Books hopes to publish two to three chapbooks each year, all of which will be curated and translated by award-winning Icelandic to English translator Larissa Kyzer.
