After eight years of production, this album offers acoustic layers to create a wall of sound with live violin orchestral arrangements. This music is a reflection of the current state of Detroit and the urban redevelopment I'm choosing to create.

Over the last 10 years I have honed in on my skills as a singer-songwriter/producer and I am ready to share these accomplishments with you. Having gone through numerous jobs in the past, I have deepened my fundamental observation of life. We all have hardships that we are going through and I’m trying to help shed light towards a positive outlook on life.

Ever since letting people into my craft, I have had an overwhelming amount of response that has helped me open up. People have created music videos, drawn artwork, taken stunning photographs, written articles, and even painted exclusive art on a piggy bank for me to enhance my street performance. I’m thankful for all I have received towards the release of Positive Love and Spilled Love. Both albums have most recently helped fund the beginning steps towards acquiring and rebuilding the Greater Impact House.

Now, I'm set to release three albums that will be the center of focus to raise funds and help make this residency a reality.

This one of kind residency will allow space for community to engage in the area by creating a gathering space and Air B and B for visiting creatives that want to experience Detroit hands on.
The Greater Impact House project will bring sustainability and a health conscious awareness to a city that struggles so severely with the disease of addiction. Only four houses on the block are occupied, most of them in complete disrepair, so the project is bringing more life and good intention into a crumbling neighborhood that deserves revitalization.

Renovation of the house and planning workshops include working collaboratively with neighbors, local businesses and public institutions, while improving the overall livability of a community. It takes one house at a time, and I am working to improve a parcel of Detroit and the quality of life of others by doing what I do best, crafting music and making a connection.

Fractured Atlas assesses a 8% administrative fee on all donations. This fee covers all administrative costs—including website maintenance, credit card processing, staff time, and bank fees. It’s completely up to you whether or not you’d like to cover the fee. If you choose not to, it will be subtracted from Greater Impact House’s goal.

Greater Impact House is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) charity. Contributions made payable to Fractured Atlas for the purposes of Greater Impact House are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. If you receive a reward in exchange for your donation, the fair market value of that reward will reduce the tax-deductible portion of your donation. The value of the reward you receive will be included in your donation receipt.

Risks and Challenges
The challenge of creating inspired music in a world where free streaming is trending is a very real one. I am excited to continue the process of re-valuing music and showing up for that with an intentional patron mentality. It is a risk to create independent art. There is no insurance when things go haywire. I am grateful to be able to get a chance to raise the funds to finish this piece of art. As it is nearing the finish line, I don't fear it's completion artistically, but financial support is crucial to get these songs to you as well as to continue shaping and upgrading the Greater Impact House project in Detroit.

To be even more transparent with finances, over the last eight years of creating music, I've invested numerous sessions in engineering and production and around $25K toward updating recording gear hardware, software as well as hiring session musicians to make the music you'll be supporting. I've also invested an additional $25K in electrical updates, initial plumbing, Roof Patching, and security, internet and keeping up with electricity bills for the Greater Impact House.

Fundraising for this record is very important. The funds raised here will directly help to offset the cost of making this record as well as supporting urban development in Detroit so that it can be a sustainable and profitable experience. It takes intentional support these days to make this kind of music as well as reviving urban development in the city of Detroit. If you are reading this, I know you understand that.
