GUN/FIGHT is an action spoof comedy conceived by Michael Corrie and directed by Andy Chen that celebrates a classic cinema genre, highlights practical effects in an era of growing AI influence, and pays everyone without deferral at a time the LA film community needs all the support it can get. The film draws influence from the greats of the genre, from Zucker-Abrahams-Zucker to Marlon Wayons to Mel Brooks. We're making this film for a number of reasons: a love of the classic spoof and the chance to participate in its current revival and to build a production model that knows how to utilize the skills, talent and resources available so well, that we are able to put real funds toward paying REAL HUMAN ARTISTS.
