Set on Cape Cod after losing her father, a young woman, Sailor, must fight to protect her idyllic but washed-up house float community when a wealthy landowner manipulates a rage-fueled summering rich boy into terrorizing her.
We are including the local community in the production — giving young creatives their first hands-on feature film experience and a genuine leg up in the industry. Our themes of class divide, violence against women, and homophobia aren't just subtext; they're the story. We want to capture the beauty of a Cape Cod summer not through the lenses of old money or elite status, but through the raw joy of youth and play.
