Instrumental Theatre Company creates new live theatre showcasing the multiple talents of actor-musicians. Our adaptations fuse theater and music in an inseparable manner that challenges the conventions and traditions of musical theatre, drama, and concerts. We seek to honor the traditions of folk storytelling and oral histories through our work. As a new Chicago based theatre company, we aim to inspire audiences to be kinder and more generous humans, provide an empathetic space that builds community, and a home for multi hyphenate artists to express themselves and share their talents with our audiences.
