Through public exhibits, poetry, video, photography, writing, storytelling, and other forms of cultural production, both online and in person, Invisible Giants works to honor unsung heroes and especially Sheroes worldwide by documenting their stories, showing their images, creating physical and virtual events. The project builds on narrative change strategies such as art, writing, theater, and storytelling to focus on confronting challenges related to the "discoverability" of unsung heroes and Sheroes, especially in virtual spaces, to make the profiles and biographies of these “invisible giants” and the valuable work they do more visible. The project aims to promote hope and inspiration, and to share concrete examples for how to help solve the multiple and layered problems faced by the world today, highlighting new and nontraditional role models.
