About

Junction is a Spanish-language narrative short film that captures a fleeting but deeply emotional moment in the life of a young Hispanic mother and her twin daughters during a subway ride through Queens. As she quietly struggles through a phone call that hints at immigration-related distress, her children begin to sense the gravity of the situation without fully understanding it. Junction offers a tender, minimalist portrait of motherhood, fear, and resilience within the Hispanic immigrant experience in New York City.
