Literacy 1st will establish a family literacy and early learning support center in the Bronx offering parent workshops, early literacy enrichment, and community reading programs. Working alongside Grow With Friends Early Learning, the project will help young children build foundational language skills while equipping families with tools to support learning at home. The goal is to strengthen early development, improve school readiness, and expand literacy access for Bronx families.
