When washed-up clown mascot Randy McDandy takes over a rundown McDandys in the perilous streets of Slumsville, he must battle cynical corporate overlords and a cast of outrageous friends and foes to bring back the joy, innocence, and humanity that made his restaurant legendary so long ago.
