Miami Sound Choir intends to bring Miamians together for the healthful, cultural, and fulfilling act of group singing. Our rehearsals serve as an inclusive platform to cultivate unity through civic and artistic expression. Our performances bravely and artfully present the culture, values, and stories of our city.
We rehearse and perform carefully curated culturally-specific repertoire and delve into history with a social justice lens. Participants who experience socio-emotional relief through our programs range from but are not limited to: adults of all ages and backgrounds, queer and trans people, black and brown people, single parents, pregnant people, incarcerated people, military veterans, people with developmental, physical and psychological disabilities, and those who suffer from trauma.
