Night Clouds transforms industrial and exhibition spaces into immersive skyscapes made from sculptural clouds of dried agave leaves, metal, and light. Emerging from a period of grief, I turned toward the sky and found in clouds a language of expansion, renewal, awe, and breathtaking beauty; by transforming agave’s hard, pointed leaves into ephemeral cloud forms, I explore what happens when protection is found not in enclosure, but in the vastness, beauty, and wonder of the sky.
