Nxt Generation Theatrics is a theater company run for teens, by teens. All functions related to both the organization and its productions will be performed by teenagers. The organization was formed by 14 year old, Lana Schwartz, in order to create more opportunities to empower teens and to help the next generation gain experience and exposure to the arts by jumping in and managing every aspect of creating a theatrical experience. There will be public performances, which will be opportunities for the public to see what teenagers are capable of creating.
