Whether you are a long-time fan or have just discovered his work, join us for concerts in venues and locations deeply connected to Cohen’s life and legacy, intimate spoken-word performances, and other opportunities to celebrate his words and music alongside like-minded fans, young and old. Participatory activities and community gatherings will make this festival unique, inviting audiences not only to witness but to actively engage with Cohen’s work.
While many tribute and memorial concerts followed Cohen’s passing, this festival is not conceived as a retrospective homage. Instead, it positions Cohen’s music and writing as living art, urgently relevant to the cultural and political questions of the present moment, and ripe to be appreciated and celebrated by all.
