A dark comedy short film shot entirely on 16mm in a single continuous take, One Shot follows a struggling actor who mistakes a real armed robbery for an acting exercise and escalates the situation by really committing to her character.
The film explores the psychological cost of ambition, rejection, insecurity and the pressure to constantly prove oneself in the entertainment industry as the line blurs between performance and reality.
