This project establishes a supervised, artist-led pilot program that provides incarcerated individuals with structured access to original hand-drawn artmaking using facility-approved materials. The initiative prioritizes artistic integrity, accountability, and institutional compliance while producing one-of-one greeting card artwork with no reproductions. The project intends to demonstrate a responsible, ethical model for creative engagement that may be expanded in the future with sponsor and facility approval.
