In Palms, strange events unfold around three reconnecting friends during a power outage. Over the course of the night, they encounter the mystical possibilities of intimacy and the barriers that emerge between people trying to find it. It is our intention with this film to explore the ways gender enables and restricts the ability to form meaningful relationships, and how this ability changes as we grow up.
