We here at Problematic Pineapple LLC strive to promote quality mental health and wellness services for kids and young adults with disabilities by delivering dynamic and engaging programs to support Creative Thinking, Growth Mindset, Self-Esteem, and Personal Development for ages 7 – 17.
Specifically, “CIJ Insight for Kids & Young Adults” is an 8-week program designed to take kids and teens on a profound journey to unearth their creativity, tap into their purpose, and thereby activate their full potential. Kids enrolled in this transformative program not only benefit from the support and shared experiences of their disabled peers, but they also gain the insight and guidance of lead trainer, Janelle Eckardt, who has Muscular Dystrophy.
Problematic Pineapple LLC offers professional, certified Health and Life Coaching programs and services, as well as private one-on-one health coaching sessions tailored to clients with disabilities' interests and goals.
We also provide group-setting programs based on a variety of themes and interests, focusing primarily on using the creative process and creative mindset to explore topics relating to: Creativity, Problem Solving, Self-Awareness, and Cultivating Resilience. Mindfulness concepts and exercises are taught using the visual arts and music, and clients actively engage with creating original artistic projects as part of their advancement in the programs.
