PROJECT 1: REFLECTIONS EP
"Reflections" intends to establish my recorded catalog as a serious artistic statement that reflects the cultural depth and creative diversity of New Orleans through the voice of the violin, an instrument with deep Louisiana roots that is increasingly underrepresented in contemporary R&B and soul recordings. By releasing this project I intend to close the gap between my established reputation as a live performer and my presence as a recording artist, creating a body of work that travels beyond the stage and introduces my sound to national and international audiences. "Reflections" will contribute to the preservation and evolution of Louisiana's musical heritage while demonstrating that instrumental music can carry the emotional weight, storytelling, and cultural significance of any lyric-driven work.
PROJECT 2: WINE DOWN WEDNESDAYS
Wine Down Wednesdays intends to create a sustainable, recurring cultural infrastructure in New Orleans that fairly compensates artists, builds community, and keeps the city's live music traditions alive in an intimate and intentional setting. Beyond the performance itself, the series intends to serve as a proving ground for emerging and established New Orleans musicians — providing a professional platform, a consistent audience, and the kind of community accountability that helps artists grow. Through fiscal sponsorship and grant support, Wine Down Wednesdays will contribute to the local creative economy by ensuring that the musicians, producers, and creatives who make each show possible are compensated with the dignity and respect their craft deserves.
