Lift Off programs are designed to inspire and invigorate all participants. Our wellness program includes: Fitness and Dance classes, Team Building, Mindfulness Activities, & Family and Kids Fitness.

Fabienne Beard- Wright- CEO & Account Manager: An esteemed cultural movement specialist and the driving force behind Lift Off; Fabienne has committed her life to empowering others through the arts, providing valuable resources, and fostering creative growth.

Rachel Lauria- CFO & Program Manager: NASM certified, experienced and high energy, Body Inclusive Fitness Instructor, Educator and Dancer with a love for fitness and a passion to change lives. Rachel helps others love their bodies, and find a love for fitness.

Jose Lara- Marketing Manager: With a creative eye and strategic mindset, Jose captures the essence of our retreats through film, photography, and storytelling, ensuring our brand resonates with our audience. From concept to execution, he oversees all marketing initiatives, bringing the magic of our retreats to life.
