REUNION is a psychological thriller short film written and produced by Isaiah Carter under Natal Space Productions.
Five recent college graduates gather for a funeral. Their friend Aaron is dead — ruled a suicide. His mother asks them to spend one last night in his house. They can't say no.
By morning, they wish they had.
Sealed inside by a storm, the five begin to unravel. A photograph left behind by Aaron carries a message on the back: "One of you knows the truth." A hidden flash drive contains recordings — of all of them. And Aaron's own voice, steady and certain: "If I disappear, it's because of them."
Aaron drowned. He was terrified of water.
REUNION is a 28–32 minute single-location ensemble thriller shooting in Beacon, New York in 2026. It is designed as a proof of concept for feature expansion and will enter the festival circuit in 2027 targeting Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca.
Natal Space Productions is an independent film company founded by Isaiah Carter, whose produced credits include Borrowed Time and Kinfolk. After Us, Carter's lead feature script, received an Official Selection at Indie Short Fest 2026.
