Rooted in Connection™ intends to provide structured, facilitator-led parenting education for families involved in child welfare by building observable regulation, co-regulation, and repair skills between parents and children. The project translates established child-development concepts into accessible, parent-facing tools that can be used in real CPS and court settings. Its goal is to strengthen caregiver capacity, support safe reunification when appropriate, and improve documentation of parent progress over time.
