SAN ANTONIO BLACK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (SABIFF)

SABIFF celebrates Black indie film in the Alamo City & Beyond

About

Join SABIFF 2022 in its 4th year, bringing Black Cinema to San Antonio, Texas with a hybrid model that allows for some in-person venues and some virtual (due to COVID19 Omicrom percautions). Our theme this year is ANIMATION IN BLACK to celebrate Creatives in Animation, and inspire future talent.  Lots in store for opening night, panel discussions and film curation.  In addition we will continue with our Open Call films in competition with films from across the globe.  The mission of the San Antonio Black International Film Festival (SABIFF) is to showcase quality films, advocate for, educate, and support filmmakers of African descent.  We proudly expose audiences to the myriad of subject matters, stories, voices, perspectives, and diverse images of Black people throughout the global Diaspora that have been historically under-represented.

SABIFF 2022's festival will run on our online platform - sabiff.tv as well as at local venues in San Antonio. More information on the festival schedules will be posted mid-year at: www.sabiff.tv & www.sabiff.com.  Be sure to check out our monthly on-line screenings on our .tv platform. Also follow and LIKE us on Facebook and all other social media.
