Sky Over Hill Productions is Victor Atkins’s ongoing film and visual arts practice. We create independent narrative films and visual art exploring hope, belief, spirituality, responsibility, and the human experience. We also hope to bring artists from different disciplines together for small viewings of works in progress, conversation, and thoughtful feedback. Our aim is to help artists strengthen work that can go on to reach audiences through screenings, exhibitions, publications, and other venues.
