SkyTing

SkyTing is a mobile platform for creativity and community. On-playa the project is focused on presenting diverse musical voices, harm reduction and spreading the culture of community and care of The Heart Collective camp. Off-playa the project is focused on providing a stage for a variety of creative interventions into everyday life in West Marin and beyond. 

SkyTing has emerged from a lovingly restored 1974 Crown Fire Coach to be a playful stage with a world class Meyer Sound system. Collaborating with Bay Area artists we've transformed the truck into a mutant vehicle including an aerial rig, lounge and bodywork space.

We are currently focusing on building a second floor platform, building a robust electric battery power system for off-playa events, and staging a sci-fi play centered around the truck 1000 years in the future.
