Welcome to "Songs to a Little One!" I am delighted to have you here!
"Songs to a Little One" is a collection of comforting lullabies, beloved jazz standards, and original pieces inspired by my journey as a mother and a professional vocalist. Recording in Summer 2025 for a Spring 2026 release, alongside some of the best in the music and recording profession, this album is very close to my heart and I hope it will become a peaceful balm to you, as well.
The project, a combination of bicoastal musical efforts and the Tonsehen label, will feature music by Eric Whitacre, Irving Berlin, Johannes Brahms, and more! Plus, new works by Will Reynolds, Ed Dixon, and Micaela Carballo.
To share this glorious music I am looking to raise $20,000 for an intimate, piano and vocal recording at Omega Studios in Rockville, Maryland, utilizing world-class engineer Christian Amonson.
