Zoe Vandermeer is an opera singer, historical and celtic harpist and composer. She performs nationally and internationally in concert series, festivals, and tours, and gives workshops, masterclasses, lecture/presentations, community outreach events, and collaborating with organizations and artists performing historical as well as new works. Zoe Vandermeer is a prize-winning graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and is currently engaged in a PhD in music research (online) at the University of Birmingham in England. She is on the Roster of the CT Commission on Culture and Tourism, and her Carnegie Hall debut as First Place Winner of the B. Alexander International Vocal Competition was in 2014. A recipient of numerous grants and scholarships, Ms. Vandermeer is a recording artist and has been a featured guest on radio stations in California, Indiana, Scotland, and Los Angeles.
