The Spotlight Stars Showcase is a free, public end-of-year recital celebrating the artistic growth of 90 students trained in Indian classical and contemporary performing arts. The event brings together nearly 300 community members for an evening of Bharatanatyam, Carnatic vocal music, Bollywood, Veena, and more — making underrepresented cultural art forms accessible to audiences of all backgrounds. Through this showcase, Spotlight Academy aims to build a lasting cultural bridge between the Indian diaspora and the broader Houston-area community while inspiring the next generation of artists.
