Matt Sheehy a songwriter and forester living in Portland, OR. He writes songs for the band Lost Lander, tours with the band EL VY, contributes music to the television show Bob's Burgers, and has performed on the Conan O'Brien Show, Late Night with Stephen Colbert, Music Fest Northwest and the Sasquatch Music Festival.
His current project is a one person musical stage show called Aberdeen in which he explores the value of work, family, and sacrifice while navigating the multiverse.
