Submersive Productions LLC was formed to create deeply collaborative works, pay all the artists involved, and to fund new, ground-breaking productions. We focus on audience-centered (often called "immersive") works that combine visual art, performance, sound, and other storytelling tools to create memorable experiences for our audiences.
We began in 2015 with what became the longest-running immersive theater experience in Baltimore history, "The Mesmeric Revelations! of Edgar Allan Poe," and have since produced over a dozen newly devised works featuring a diverse array of mostly female voices.
