We intend to upskill, train, and transform through education, training, and live events designed to produce research, processes, policies, and digital products for the social good. We will be paying specific attention to unicorn talents who have traditionally been excluded from technology, including black and brown designers and engineers, female-identifying designers, researchers, and technologists, parents returning to the workforce, LGBTQ+, the neurodiverse, politically displaced persons, and those with disabilities.
