Our society still grapples with the shadows of Eurocentric beauty standards. The acceptance of Black hair, particularly dreadlocks and protective styles, remains a contentious topic, and the ascension of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, a proud wearer of Sisterlocks®️, to the United States Supreme Court has reinvigorated the discussion. We interviewed several women to share their perspectives and experiences.
