Award-winning sugar artist Jamie Li has been selected by FIPGC USA to represent Team USA at an international pastry competition in Tokyo in October 2026. Funds raised will support Jamie and her creative team as they develop, document, transport, and present an original sculptural sugar artwork on the international stage. Jamie will share the creative process, artistic techniques, and global perspectives gained through educational content and community programming.
