TED is an annual event that brings together the world's leading thinkers and doers to share ideas that matter in any discipline — technology, entertainment, design, science, humanities, business, development. The talks at the conference, called TED Talks, are then made available to watch for free on TED.com. In the spirit of "ideas worth spreading," TED has created TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connections. Our TEDx event is not organized by TED Conferences, but is operated under a license from TED.
We are excited to be a TEDx licensee and are seeking support from companies and individuals that are committed to the power of ideas to support this TEDx event. Will you help add to our unique atmosphere?

Our goal is to raise at least $25,000 for this event. The event costs include space rentals, video production fees, equipment rentals, food and accommodations for speakers, printed materials, a post-event celebration, and more. All talks are published on the global TED website. Your support will help bring this event to Philadelphia in 2024.
