Thank You! The Coco and Spif Project supports individuals returning from incarceration by providing practical resources and opportunities for creative expression. We distribute Coming Home Kits containing clothing, hygiene items, journals, sketch pads, coloring tools, and small visual arts project materials, helping participants reenter society with dignity and confidence.
Alongside material support, we offer monthly writing and art workshops where participants explore their experiences, build storytelling skills, and create visual and written works. These creative projects highlight the talents of formerly incarcerated individuals while giving them a platform to share their voices with the public through digital storytelling on social media.
Our work empowers participants, shifts public perception about reentry, and fosters resilience and self-expression, combining tangible support with artistic opportunity to help individuals successfully rebuild their lives.
