The Aliveness Institute makes "living poems" — poems and creative works that are written and reshaped together, in an ongoing collaboration, rather than produced by one author and handed to a passive reader. A small group works on a shared piece over time, and the disagreements, edits, and shifting influence between collaborators are made visible as part of the work itself, not smoothed out of it.
This is one thread in a wider practice: shared-table salons that pair conversation with creative work, bilingual poetry published in Hungarian and English, and public essays that develop these ideas as they're still forming. The underlying bet is simple — the most alive creative and intellectual work now happens between people, not inside one mind alone, and making that "between" visible is itself worth doing, artistically and publicly.
Your support funds pilot cohort sessions, bilingual poetry publication, public talks bringing this work to wider audiences, and open-source tools released for anyone to use — nothing here is held back as private IP.
