The Dandelion Collective is a multidisciplinary arts practice rooted in Black diasporic history, community memory, and the belief that culture belongs to everyone. We make documentary film, installation, photography, social practice, and space-based work with and for communities rarely centered in cultural institutions. At the heart of our practice is a decades-long commitment to teaching image-making and storytelling to young people who have been discarded by systems.
