The DesignX Fellowship gives emerging designers a place to build the skills real work demands â running a project end to end, holding a standard, managing people and expectations, finishing under constraint. Each summer, a competitively selected cohort of 17-20 fellows, take real responsibility for design studios serving 350-500 Kâ8 students, guiding budding creatives as they take an original idea from concept all the way to finished physical product. Fellows are paid, coached daily, and leave confident and more prepared for professional practice than when they arrived.
