Our first goal is to record a variety of unique arrangements from the American songbook, jazz standards, as well as original compositions written by the band and collective members.
Our second goal is to archive this process in a documentary style film, telling the story not only about the history of the music, but also examining the musician's process and course of development that led them not only to the mastery of their instruments, but also to this particular American art form. Historically this is how the jazz idiom has always evolved.
