The Horse's Mouth is a mobile circus theater unlike anything seen before. Part punk rock hoedown, part western sideshow, with plenty of aerial spectacle to spare — founder and ringmaster Tanya Gagné brings whip cracking, fire pistols, flying trapeze, lasso spinning, and a hula-hooping chicken to community centers, farms, rodeos, nursing homes, backyards, and open fields across America. Sometimes she's a cowgirl. Sometimes she's a golden hen. Always she's extraordinary.
This is circus without a big top, cabaret without a velvet rope, spectacle without a ticket to a fancy venue, and most performances are free or by donation. The Horse's Mouth goes directly to the people, whipping up laughter and unbridled joy — because Joy Rides here!
