The Jennifer Halper Scholarship Fund is awarded to students ages seven to twenty who show a deep desire for training in the Circus Arts and are passionate to learn new skills, improve their technique, and enhance their overall performance presence. It was established with the goal of helping young people find personal success through artistic expression, and with the hope that they will pass that along to others in the future.
