The Love of Jupiter

The Love of Jupiter is a 14-minute lesbian drama short film. The project is a collaboration between multi-artist Ma Troggian and producer Paula Navarro.

The script received a 2022 PANO Microgrant and was selected for the 2022 Open Screenplay M Film LAB.​​​​​​

The film follows Jupiter: a sex worker who burns herself with cigarettes after the visits from the woman she loves.

During a painful breakup, Jupiter collects her ashes in a cremation urn. She gathers her strength and ultimately decides to leave it all behind.​​

This is a story of surrender, healing, and rebirth.​

We are seeking to raise $11,880 to cover essential production costs. We will continue collecting funds for post-production and packaging expenses.
