As The New Collectives, we have taken that message to heart.
The New Collectives is New York based theatre and film collective. We gather stories, ideas, and inspiration. We find individuals with wildly different talents. We collect it all together, connect the dots, and create something new that runs beautifully.
Our mission is to create new, intimate, innovative works drawing inspiration from classic plays, to develop contemporary work, and to cultivate community through outreach and education programming.
In an effort to create community and awareness, after every show we collect donations for an organization whose mission aligns with themes brought up in the production.
The core members are Giverny Petitmermet, Sarah Moore, Sam Leichter, Justin Ivan Brown, Taylor Beidler, Dan Morrison, Erin Maxon, and Mara Gannon.
