The New Critic finds and fosters the next generation of gen z writers and stimulates the reading public. We publish literary journalism, creative nonfiction, polemical essays, interviews, and criticism by and about gen z. We plan to expand the editorial scope of our project next year by publishing at higher volumes, paying for our writers to go on assignment, offering higher rates for commissions, and hosting events around the country.
