The Study is a library, work studio, reading room, gathering spot, and intimate performance venue with an eclectic, cozy, calming atmosphere. The primary aim is to give individuals an opportunity to be sincerely themselves and openly engaged with others in small group settings.
As our ability to communicate globally expands, I believe we should balance it by cultivating our close, in-person communication skills as a humanizing practice both in towards ourselves and out towards those around us.
To do this, The Study offers opportunities for public assembly through community events, educational outreach, and theatrical programming, including the ongoing project of performing Homer's Odyssey in Ancient Greek.
