These Same Streets is an independent narrative film project about Mark DiVincenzo, a young man from Ozone Park who has learned to survive through anger, distance, and emotional armor. After an act of violence pulls him into the criminal legal system and a new life at Columbia University, Mark is forced to confront whether he can allow himself to be vulnerable, ask for help, accept love, and feel again.
The project will begin as a short proof-of-concept film, intended for festival submission, public exhibition, and future development into a feature-length film.
