"Thrasher's CustomGlow Studios intends to create and exhibit original Urban Luxury resin artwork rooted in the culture and resilience of Indianapolis's Eastside neighborhoods, while delivering free and low-cost hands-on resin art workshops to youth and adults from underserved and justice-involved communities in Marion County. The project will produce 2–3 large-scale public art installations in accessible Indianapolis venues, collaboratively designed with neighborhood residents to ensure authentic community representation. Additionally, the studio will operate a one-on-one artist mentorship program connecting the founder with 3–5 emerging artists from at-risk backgrounds, using the discipline of resin art as a framework for creative development, personal accountability, and economic empowerment."
