The Tissue Spatial Geometric Lab (TSGL) is a computational biology lab developing algorithms and software to crack the biological codes that are NOT stored in DNA (!!!). In addition to creating algorithms and open-source software, we create documentaries, tutorial videos, and host workshops teaching students and scientists how to use our tools to make scientific discoveries.
