Ujima-Nia Creative Collective empowers lower socioeconomic Black and neurodivergent youth in the Piedmont Triad through professional theatre training, restorative healing, and direct economic opportunity. Students learn and lead every dimension of theatrical production - from acting and directing to set design, sound engineering, and marketing - while building a closed loop creative economy that generates scholarships, paid production roles, and lasting income on their own terms. Ujima-Nia develops the whole young person: the artist, the entrepreneur, and the leader.
