Vanguard’s mission is to spark the curiosity of today’s audiences through thoughtful, thematic programming and a no-boundaries approach to the musical medium. Breaking away from a traditional classical ensemble, Vanguard presents concert experiences in creative spaces, combining orchestra, dance, opera, film, bands, and the avant-garde into one season. The ensemble aims to blur the borders of musical identity by collaborating with multi-genre musicians and artists, sharing a larger picture of the musical world.
