The Story of our Film: Stuck in a dead-end office job, Vicky lives out an uninspired existence until she’s confronted by her ideal self, a badass indie-rock star, through vivid dreams and visions. With some mysterious help, Vicky begins a quest to discover her true calling, use her authentic voice and pursue a life in music.
The Mission: To shoot and complete a short film. The goal of the film is to inspire women, trans, and/or non-binary people who may not have the courage to imagine a better future for themselves. To ignite curiosity about a secret, ignored passion. I believe we’re all called to a unique path in life. It’s possible to pivot at any age and change your life for the better. Vicky will be a familiar voice to many who feel stuck in a box, who crave an authentic career path and will ask the question: what makes you come alive?
The film will also support the work of Victoria Blade - the actor and musician who's creative vision fuels the film.
